The "Terms & Conditions" of Avangel Reptiles.

1. AR guarantees live arrival for all species shipped, but this rule only applies within the first 30 minutes of arrival. Shipping is through Fedex, but can also ship through UPS.

2. If you receive a reptile that arrives deseased please contact me within the first hour of arrival, so that we may credit you for a later purchase or a turn around shipping. Must send pictures of the reptiles.

3. Payment for all reptiles is as followed. We take a minimal of a 25% non-refundable deposit, with a month hold unless terms are negotiated differently. Payments are always accepted through Paypal unless negotiated differently. Shipping is free for US purchases only.
